Who I am
AS a young 20-something with a passion for politics and social justice, I studied locally at the University of the Sunshine Coast completing a degree in International Politics.
This then lead me to a second degree in journalism, after which I was fortunate enough to secure a job with the local newspaper company.
In the 11 years I was there, I held many positions from entertainment editor/writer, feature writer, property writer/production manager to a home interiors and lifestyle editor and writer.
While working in those last couple of positions, I found I had developed a passion for both property/real estate and interior design and styling.
With my husband being a builder, together we have built and styled several properties and sold them completely furnished at the request of the buyers. Although tough at the time as we said goodbye to our belongings, it also meant we could look forward to designing and styling our next property.
Now, with my experience in the media industry and being part of the property world with my husband, I am passionate about helping others find their sense of creativity.
